Since the turn of the millennium, coaching as a person-centred consulting format has spread, developed and established itself in many places. Almost every organisation and company uses coaching - at least sporadically - as a personnel development instrument. Coaches, coaching associations, coaching trainings, coaching researchers and an immense number of publications and events characterise the scene. There are many offers, many ideas and many developments. Coaching is particularly challenging in the course of digitalisation.
With our research activities and publications, we want to promote and accompany the professionalisation of coaching
