For example, the participation of employees in company development, the motivation to innovate and the participation in their implementation exist only in exceptional cases. As a result, the SME construction industry is far below the average of other sectors, such as SME (Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises) mechanical engineering, in terms of productivity development and the production of innovative products and processes.
