However, within a social system \u2013 be it an organisation, a team, or a family \u2013 conflict is more accurately regarded as a normal and inevitable aspect of interaction. Since social systems are constantly in flux and encompass diverse interests, paradoxes naturally arise, leading to clashes among individuals and the emergence of conflict dynamics.
