Many roles such as Project Managers, People Leaders, HR Managers, Organisational Developers, Team Leaders etc. demand coaching competencies. In particular, this means creating sustainable and trustful relationships with others and conducting intense solution-oriented discussions where individuals experience helpful impulses for their challenges.
