artop - Institute at the Humboldt - Universität zu Berlin offers consulting, research and training in the fields of organization, personnel and usability/user experience.
A driving force for learning and development
Our core competences include the consulting of companies and organizations, the organization of organizational and personnel development and usability projects, an application-oriented basic research as well as vocational education and training.
As a recognized institute of further education, artop offers professional training, programs, seminars and in-house offers within the framework of the Academy.
One of our aims is to promote the exchange of knowledge between research and society. To this end, we cooperate intensively with companies and organizations, research institutes and university institutions.
To meet specific requirements, we work together with a competent and reliable network throughout Germany.
Affiliate Institute of Humboldt-Universität
artop was founded in 1995 as "Arbeits- und Technikgestaltung, Organisations- und Personalentwicklung e.V." by employees of the institutes for Psychology and Computer Science and Economics at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Two years later a cooperation agreement was concluded with the university. Since then artop has been recognized as an institute.
Today, the artop GbR and the artop GmbH together form the An-institute artop. The affiliate institute is managed by the managing director of the artop GbR. This is always an active professor at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, currently Prof. Dr. Matthias Ziegler.
Coordination Council
artop has a four-member co-ordination council.
The core of the cooperation between the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and artop are joint projects in application-oriented research.
