Competence management

Competence management means to consistently align knowledge, experience, abilities and skills of the companies’ employees and managers to the organisational goals.

To this end, competencies have to be described and classified, so that an inventory of existing competencies can be carried out within the company. In this way, resources and potentials can be discovered and it becomes possible to establish a link between the individual abilities and the requirements of the organisation.
