Coaching

In coaching, specialists and managers can discuss their personal issues in a professional context together with a coach.

The coach helps to "unwind" topics, sort and generate options. The focus is always on the fit of person, role and organisation.

How can I fill my role as a leader? What career path do I want to take? How do I deal with workload and stress? How can I solve the conflicts in my team? How do I make the next career step? How do I find my dream job? How do I combine work and family?

Coaching must be voluntary and at the initiative of the client in order to work. The coach provides a solution-oriented, benevolent, confidential and supportive atmosphere, in which the client is ready to share openly and work on their own topics. Coaching involves approximately six to seven sessions at intervals of about two to three weeks.
