Funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Social Fund, the aim of the project was to continue researching the organisational conditions of successful innovations. On top of that, we tested scientifically sound intervention measures for entrepreneurial practice. The focus was on the (further) development of an organisational culture of trust and sustainable capacity for innovation.
