Together with our research partners, we have initiated and successfully implemented several publicly funded collaborative projects since our founding. With these projects, we have dedicated ourselves for many years, always with a scientific perspective, to central questions of organisational design, personnel development and human-technology interaction. The research of success factors for innovation and the development of various instruments for idea management have always been our main concerns.
InnoBau
The construction industry in Germany, and in particular the medium-sized construction companies are characterised by very conservative corporate structures. Therefore, the aim of the project was to initiate a change towards an innovation-promoting corporate culture in medium-sized construction and steel construction companies.
InnoRegio
The BMBF’s InnoRegio funding programme was evaluated in cooperation with the German Institute for Economic Research. The focus of the programme was on communication and cooperation within the funded networks, network management, social structures and the impact of these factors on the success of the networks and their participating companies.
