Failure is one of the last major taboos of modern times. In all European languages such a word exists, from Latin fallire to the Dutch feilen, the German fehlen, the Danish fejle, and the Swedish fela until the Icelandic feila. Since 2012, the artop consultant Dr. Sebastian Kunert investigates intensively this phenomenon. He brought together several internationally renowned colleagues to study the topic from various perspectives, always in search of good ways to deal with failure.
