Due to the drastic changes in the working world of the past few years, however, there is less and less time and resources to strengthen the relationships among the team members and to maintain communication beyond the necessary.
Through team coaching, we support teams on an on-going basis, thus creating regular space for communication and relationship building. Substantive themes are discussed, possibilities for feedback and clarification are created. In this way, cohesion and team spirit are consistently strengthened.
Team coaching processes are usually initiated following team development measures. For this purpose, the team members meet regularly with a team coach on a need basis, and work on current topics under professional guidance.
