Conflicts cost money and nerves. In organisations, with their complex requirements and work-related processes, conflicts are part of everyday life. But they can be solved.
Good managers are therefore always good conflict managers. They manage not to become part of the conflicts, but recognize signs of conflict at an early stage and initiate clarification. Conflicts can have serious consequences for the entire organisation if they occur between or within work-groups or teams.
Conflicts in or between groups can be worked through by using the method of conflict moderation. All points of view are heard and acknowledged and a common process of solution finding is initiated. In doing so, the respective management plays a special role in the implementation of the agreed measures.
