Usability in focus
For more and more companies, the usability feature of interactive products, systems, services, along with positive user experience, have become a major sign of quality, and now play an important role in product development.
We support manufacturers, service providers as well as user organisations in placing this special quality feature at the centre of their efforts.
Tradition
As one of Germany's oldest usability institutes, we are proud of our connection with the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. This university has a long engineering psychology tradition, dating back to the mid-1960's. Dr. Hartmut Wandke, Professor of Engineering Psychology, as well as many of his students, are among the founders, partners and employees at artop.
